In honor of Solo: A Star Wars Story hitting theatres, Ellis will lead the panel with a discussion about Star Wars in general – how you can’t just “like” a Star Wars movie. How the fandom is divided and heated. How you can like Force Awakens but not Solo. We’ll run B-roll and graphics from Solo, Rogue One, Last Jedi and Force Awakens.

A new trailer has been released for Mission Impossible Fallout. Directed by Rogue Nation helmer Christopher Mcquarrie, who returns again to lead Tom Cruise in his sixth outing as super-spy Ethan Hunt.

THR reports that Matthew and Ryan Firpo, whose spec script Ruin was featured at the top of the 2017 Black List, has been hired by Marvel to adapt The Eternals. The saga of the Eternals began millions of years ago when beings known as Celestials genetically experimented on humans, creating the super-powered and near immortal beings and a more monstrous off-shoot known as the Deviants.

Next year will mark the ten year anniversary of Zombieland and to mark the occasion, according to screenwriters Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick, we might be getting a sequel. Speaking with Vulture, Wernick revealed that Zombieland 2 may finally hit theaters next year—with the original cast intact.

STX Films has released the first trailer for Mile 22, the upcoming thriller from Lone Survivor and Deepwater Horizon filmmaker Peter Berg. The film stars Mark Wahlberg as an operative from the CIA’s most highly prized unit, who is tasked with retrieving and transporting an asset through 22 life-threatening miles of dangerous territory.
